To continue expanding sales in Spain, France, Portugal and Morocco, we are looking for a real salesperson who quickly recognizes and knows how to use business opportunities. Initially, the focus will be on cherry and blueberry growers. You have enough technical knowledge to know what is modern packaging and sorting (equipment lines). You will be responsible for maintaining quality throughout the business process, including after-sales service. Extensive in-house training in Poland ensures that you know all the technical ins and outs of the machines in use. You maintain contact with current customers, but you also want to expand the customer base and increase market share. By nature, you are someone who likes to visit and talk to customers personally. You are a valued and respected interlocutor.

In addition, it is important to increase the brand awareness of the company. This means that you are working hard to reinforce his positive image. Taking initiative, having a very active attitude and a commercial sense are part of this versatile and independent job.

Job requirements

You currently reside in the south of Spain, you have several years of experience in similar commercial functions, for example in the Fruits & Vegetables sector. You speak perfect Spanish, French and English and you have a driving license. In addition, you have sufficient technical knowledge to be able to talk to customers about all technical aspects of packaging and sorting (equipment lines).

You are a good communicator and know how to convert your personal persuasiveness into successful sales. With your knowledge and experience, you contribute to the future growth of the company. Together with your colleagues in Poland and elsewhere, you make a positive contribution to company-wide projects. In addition, you will accurately report all relevant information (commercial, technical, customer) to management.

You will be on the road several days a week to maintain personal contact with existing and (potential) new customers, but also to visit relevant trade shows and other meetings. Therefore, you are of course able to work independently and like to take new initiatives.
